I’ve been in the hospitality industry over 25 years and this is a great asset to the area. I was surprised to find the doors locked and the guest service representative asleep on the chair next to a male companion as we were trying to check in. We had to keep tapping on the door to finally get her awake. As she wipes all the drool from her mouth and her shirt soaked from her sound sleep. Wasn’t a great first impression but the room was comfortable and clean so that is all that matters. The night club next door played loud music all night long but we were so tired from travel so it didn’t bother me to bad. We tried to go back the next day to stay again and the young lady explained they were sold out and sent us to this very gross and nasty hotel.
En cuanto llegue me atendieron de una forma amable(pocas v ces encuentras lugares en Ometepec con es capacitación, m dieron información de las habitaciones y los costos, los precios son buenos relación calidad, las instalaciones limpias la, las habitaciones cómodas, en la planta baja del hotel tienen de manera independiente bar y restaurante, la alberca es pequeña pero ideal si tienes niños. Este hotel está situado en el campo aéreo de OMETEPEC, les tranquilo el lugar
